The Foundation
Founded in 1910, Lovelace Pump Company, Inc. is a fifth-generation, family-owned and operated exterior plumbing company proudly serving Southwestern and South-Central Wisconsin, as well as Northern Illinois, for more than 115 years. What began as a small plumbing and hardware store in Woodford, Wisconsin, established by Carl Lovelace, has grown into a trusted name known for quality workmanship, reliability, and lasting customer relationships.
1938
Expanding Horizons
In 1938, Carl’s son, Homer Lovelace, took over the family business, expanding services to include shallow well work alongside plumbing.
1958
Nearly 50 Years of Leadership
In 1958, Homer’s son, Robert “Bob” Lovelace became owner and led Lovelace Pump Company for nearly 50 years, continuing to build the company’s reputation for dependable service and expertise.
2006
The Fourth Generation & Drilling Expertise
After working alongside his father, Bob, for nearly 20 years, Scott Lovelace became the fourth-generation owner in 2006, continuing the family tradition while expanding the business further. During this time, Lovelace Well Drilling, Inc. was established when the Kok brothers joined the company, providing professional well drilling services to customers for more than 20 years through 2023.
Today
Carrying the Legacy Forward
Today, Brett Lovelace proudly leads the company as the fifth-generation owner, continuing the values and commitment that have defined Lovelace Pump Company for over a century. From an early age, Brett was involved in the family business, learning from his grandfather, Bob, and father, Scott. Today, he carries on the Lovelace tradition of dependable service, hard work, and customer satisfaction while raising his young son in the family business and continuing the legacy for generations to come.
